A Perfect Weekend On The Water.
Terry messaged me, Friday morning about 10:00, "On a weekend like this, if'n a feller had a sailboat, he bloody well ought to go sailing, don't you think? Exactly, temps in the mid to high seventies with winds 10-15 out of the NW, you bet! It's time to go sailing.
You got that right! Terry is often too busy with something else to go with me. If I take the kids, I can't sail the boat and care for them and I hate to always dump the kids on her. So, when she goes along, I'm happy. Perfect weather, perfect winds, just perfect. So, we went sailng. Didn't go far, just revelled in the wind and the water and spending time on the water with family. Life is good.
Pics are from Sunrise at Sawmill Cove, LaTrappe Creek, Trappe MD, Chesapeake Bay, this morning, August 8, 2004. I just couldn't stop taking pics, the colors and shapes were changing every few seconds.
